Ryan is the CEO of the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association. For the prior seven years, he was a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, where he serves as Chairman of the Business and Commerce Committee. Previous positions include Founder & President of Alpha Public Affairs, Director of Leadership: Member & Public Relations – Member and Public Relations for the Oklahoma House of Representatives, Executive Director of the Republican State House Committee, and VP of Operations for GrPro. Ryan holds B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Northern Colorado.
