Quintin is the Program Director of the Northeast OKC Renaissance and Strategic Advisor for Community Development for Echo Investment Capital. He previously spent 10 years as GEAR UP Site Facilitator for Oklahoma City Public Schools and as the Founder/Organizer of Young Urban Entrepreneurs. Quintin holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
