JP has enjoyed a highly successful career leveraging his strategic and creative abilities in a number of senior C-suite roles. His corporate achievements include: helping Hu-Friedy, the world’s largest manufacturer of dental instruments, achieve record sales and profits in each of his four years as SVP of Global Marketing & Strategy Planning; making Dial Soap the number one U.S. bar soap as VP Marketing at Dial Corp; making Cobra Electronics the number one U.S. manufacturer of radar detectors and mobile radios as VP Marketing; making Frosted Flakes become the number one U.S. cereal brand as Marketing Director at Kellogg Company; and helping E&J Brandy become the fastest-growing distilled spirit in industry history as Marketing Director at the E & J Gallo Winery. Creator of BSV’s “Under the Radar. Above the Crowd.” tagline, JP also founded and leads 14th Floor Solutions, a strategic marketing agency with domestic and international clients in the consumer products, automotive, healthcare and financial industries.

A graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, JP holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College (where he took a course from Peter Drucker), and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
